The Rip Curl Maestrale RS is the pinnacle of performance and versatility for expert backcountry skiers. Compatible with all types of ski touring bindings and optimized for 85-110mm wide skis, these boots offer uncompromising performance both uphill and downhill. Crafted in Asolo, Italy, they feature a new Grilamid bio cuff made from renewable sources. The shell boasts a web frame carbon design for lightweight support, while the bi-injection Grilamid ensures stiffness and torsional rigidity. The ski/walk mechanism includes Speed Lock XT for easy transitions, and the closure system features magnesium buckles and a Power Strap for secure wrapping. The Thor Cuff RS, made with Grilamid Bio, provides support without excessive weight. The Pro Flex Performance Thermoformable liner ensures a snug, high-performance fit. For optimal performance, thermoforming the liners is recommended.
